体外预应力加固钢筋混凝土空心板的试验研究

Research on External Prestressing to Strengthen Reinforced Concrete Void Slabs

摘要: 体外预应力加固技术施工方便、经济可靠,能有效地提高现有桥梁承载能力、改善结构性能,因而在既有加固梁桥中应用较多,但应用到钢筋混凝土空心板桥中还很少,因此其适用性还有待研究。在完成2片1∶1足尺空心板的制作、加固前后测试的基础上,对比分析了普通钢筋混凝土空心板用纵向体外预应力技术加固增强前后的挠度、应变、裂缝开展情况和极限承载力指标。试验结果表明:该加固增强技术可有效的提高普通钢筋混凝土空心板的承载能力,可广泛应用于实践。

Abstract: External prestressing technique is widely used in beam bridges reinforcement for its construction convenience, economy and reliance. However, this technique has not been used in slab bridges. So it is important to investigate its applicability in slab bridges. The deflection, strain, cracking and ultimate bearing capacity of common reinforced concrete (RC) void slabs before and after the slabs strengthened by external prestressing are analyzed. The results show that the echnique can effectively improve the bearing capacity of common RC void slabs and can be widely used in engineering projects.
