New Technology of Widening Mountainous Highway with Side Slope Trellis Base Cantilevered Structures

摘要: 针对保持道路畅通条件下的陡峻山区道路拓宽工程,在分析比较目前常用道路拓宽方式特点后,提出了一种 用边坡格构基础悬臂结构拓宽山区道路的方法。其设计理念是: 杜绝深挖高填,保持道路畅通。在确认现已稳定 的外侧边坡上,通过锚杆和现浇钢筋混凝土框架结构对坡面进行强化加固处置,以此为基础设置悬臂结构来补足 道路欠宽部分,且在整个施工过程中保持原有道路畅通。工程实践表明: 在保持道路畅通条件下的高陡边坡道路 拓宽中,该方法与目前常用的道路拓宽方法相比,既能简化工艺、降低造价、安全可靠、最大限度地保护自然生态环 境,又能保持道路畅通。

Abstract: New method of widening mountainous highway with side slope trellis base cantilevered structures is proposed for steep mountainous areas under maintaining smooth traffic after comparative analysis of the current methods used to widen roads. The design idea is that in order to maintain the unblocked traffic,it is to put an end to deeply dig and highly fill in. After the stability of the outside slope is confirmed,the intensive reinforcements of slope disposal are carried out through the anchor and cast-in-place steel reinforced concrete frame structure. In this case,the cantilever structure is set to make up of less wide part of the road; moreover,the original road should keep unblocked in the whole process of the construction. The work principle of the structures is analyzed,meanwhile,the principle is successfully applied in the engineering practice. The case study indicates that the proposed method which is applied for widening mountainous highway with high and steep slope in the case of maintaining traffic unblocked is not only simple,economic and safe in the construction,but also maximally protecting environment as well as keeping the roads unblocked.
