摘要/Abstract

摘要： 城市大型综合建设项目集住宅、商业、办公、娱乐等功能于一体,交通需求特点复杂、交通影响评价较为特殊。通过定量测算和定性分析论证的方法,结合苏州市2006-B-30号地块,提出了城市大型综合建设项目的交通影响分析流程,为制定交通组织方案提供参考,以支撑项目目标的实现。

Abstract: Firstly, the large-scale and com prehensive urban construction project integrates many functions together, such as the residential function, commercial function, office function and environment function. The features of its traffic demand are complicated; therefore, the traffic impact assessment is relatively unique. Secondly, relating to the 2006-B-30 block of Suzhou, the process flow of traffic impact analysis on large-scale and comprehensive urban construction project is proposed by quantitative measurement and qualitative analysis. The analysis provides references for traffic organization strategies so as to realize project objectives.
