基于未确知测度模型的一级公路设计安全性评价

Safety Assessment of First-Class Highway Design Based on Unascertained Measurement Model

摘要: 构建一级公路设计安全性评价的量化值,建立了一级公路安全性评价的指标体系;针对公路设计因素与交通 安全之间关系存在未确知的特点,在未确知测度空间的基础上,构建了一级公路设计安全评价的未确知测度模型。 通过单指标未确知测度、多指标综合测度计算以及指标定权等过程,实现对一级公路设计安全效应的综合评价。 实例分析表明,运用未确知测度模型进行一级公路设计安全评价问题研究,理论上是可行的,评价结果是可信的, 从而为信息不确定条件下的公路设计安全性提供了一种新方法。

Abstract: In order to provide quantity evaluation for the first class highway, index system of safety assessment for the design of the first class highway was built. Regarding the characteristics of uncertainty on the relationship between design factors of highways and traffic safety, the unascertained measurement model of safety assessment for the first??class highway design was established. Through unascertained measurement of single indicator, calculation of multiple indicators comprehensive measurement and indicators weight determination process, comprehensive assessment of first??class highway design was realized. Studies indicated that it is theoretically feasible to use unasce rtained measure model to study safety evaluation problem of first??class highway design and assessment results are credible, thus providing a new approach for safety assessment of high?? way design under unascertained conditions.
