汽车怠速停止与起动模拟试验系统开发

Development of Vehicle Idling Stop and Start Simulation Experiment System

摘要: 针对当前内燃机车辆怠速工况燃油经济性差等相关问题,分析了汽车怠速停止与起动系统的工作机理;开发 了汽车怠速停止与起动系统的模拟试验系统。通过对行驶车辆工况参数进行测控,判断车辆处于怠速、制动、停止 或起动(再起动)的工作状态,利用自行研制的控制逻辑部件对系统进行控制,并对发动机停止和起动工作测试过 程进行了分析;基于模拟试验系统,利用Matlab/Simulink在城市循环工况NEDC下对车辆再生制动性能进行了仿 真分析。结果表明车辆燃油经济性有较大提高。

Abstract: Due to poor economic performance of fuel of vehicle with internal-combustion engine in idling mode, the working mechanism of idling stop and start system was analyzed in the paper. And the simulation experiment system was developed based on them echanism. Through working param eterstest, vehicles working condition including idling, braking, stopping or starting (restarting) could be determined. Through simulation system control , the stop and start-up process of engine were analyzed. After a simulation analysis of vehicle regenerative braking performance with Matlab/Simulink under NEDC, it was indicated that economic performance of vehiclefuel had improved greatly.
