摘要: 无余量船台装配工艺是缩短船舶建造周期、降低劳动强度和生产成本、提高船舶建造质量和生产效率的重要 工艺过程,通常可通过分段无余量制造方法或分段预修整方法实现船台无余量装配。为满足采用无余量船台装配 工艺建造5500t成品油船的要求,结合船舶建造单位场地、设备、人员的实际情况,对国内外相关技术进行分析研 究;介绍了基于分段预修整方法的5500t成品油船平行中体无余量船台装配工艺。

Abstract: No-margin assembly technology plays an important process in shortening the building cycle, decreasing labor intensity and production cost and improving ship building quality and production effeciency. No-margin assembly can usually be achieved through section no-margin or section pre-dressing method. In order to build the 5, 500 DWT oil tanker with no-magin building berth assembly technology, the reality of building industry was studied, relevant technologies at home and abroad were analyzed, and finally no-margin parallel middle body building berth assembly technology scheme based on subassembly pre-dressing method was established
