考虑填料“围压效应”的实腹式拱桥结构分析

Structural Analysis on Solid-Type Arch Bridge Considering the Confining Pressure Caused by Infilling

摘要: 以三跨实腹式石拱桥——重庆市跳石桥特殊重车通过验算分析为背景,对实腹式石拱桥的结构分析方法进行了讨论。研究了拱上填料与拱圈共同工作效应及结构分析中的模拟方法;分析了填料对主拱圈的作用方式;通过以板单元模拟填料及采用双向只受压连杆连接拱圈与填料的方式考虑填料对拱圈的荷载传递及围岩效应,有限元分析结果验证了该模型方式的可行性。通过计算结果比较,分析了填料和拱圈共同工作效应,研究表明填料与拱圈共同工作效应可以明显提高石拱桥的承载力和稳定性。

Abstract: In order to check the safety of a 3-span solid-type arch stone bridge-Chongqing Tiaoshi Bridge,special trailers are used to pass the bridge.The structure analylsis methods of solid-type arch stone brilge are discussed, particularly,the simulation in structure analysis and the interaction of the ring and the infilling are focused. The influencing way of the infilling on the main arch ring is analyzed. Furthermore,the loading transferring and the confining pressure effect of the arch ring are taken into consideration by simulating the infilling through plate element;meanwhile, the way of connecting arch ring and the infilling through the two-way compression rod only is also used.The FEM results verify the feasibility of the model mentioned above. And it is found that the above-mentioned interaction can markedly improve the bearing capacity and stability of arch stone bridge.
