钢- 混凝土组合拱桥竖转施工误差分析

Abstract: A novel kind of vertical rotation construction about steel-concrete composite arch bridges is introduced. At the same time,various factors which are easy to bring in deviation in the process of construction are analyzed,demonstrated and discussed. The location deviation of the rotation axis would affect the accuracy of closure. This effect is analyzed,and the formula is derived. The mechanical behavior of arch rib under the compulsive folding is analyzed,when there is deviation in the process of folding. The result shows that the rectifying deviation method of compulsive folding has little influence on the structural stress.

摘要: 分析了一种新型钢-混凝土组合拱桥的竖转施工过程中引起误差的多个因素,并对各因素进行了论证和探 讨,推导了转动轴定位误差对合龙精度影响的计算公式。分析了合龙阶段偏差出现后的强迫合龙对拱肋受力性能 的影响。结果显示,强迫合龙的纠偏方法对结构受力影响较小。
