Appraisal on Automobile Emission Intensity of Typical Urban Roads in Hangzhou

杭州市区典型路段汽车排放强度评价

Abstract: Three typical roads’traffic conditions of urban district in Hangzhou are investigated. It is showed that the saloon car current capacity is the biggest one,occupying 74% ~ 81% of the total flow; and the average vehicle speed is excessively low in some sections,only up to 18. 54km/h. According to the results of traffic investigation,total emission intensities of the three roads are calculated and finally obtained. The results show that the emission intensity of urban road in Hangzhou is unoptimistic. It is suggested that the sections where automobiles are always at a low speed should be renovated immediately; secondly,the emission of saloon car in urban district should be controlled,and the frequencies of public buses in some sections should be increased simultaneously; thirdly,the routes of public buses should be optimized or some special automobiles should even be forbidden in some sections.

摘要: 针对杭州市区三条典型路段开展交通状况调查,发现轿车流量最大,占总流量的74%~81%,部分路段平均 车速过低,仅为18.54km/h。根据交通状况调查的结果,计算得到三条路段的排放总强度。结果表明,杭州市区道 路排放强度不容乐观。建议对长期低速行驶的路段,应立即整治;同时应控制市区轿车排放,增加部分路段公交班 次,优化公交线路或者对部分路段特殊汽车限行。
