道路交通事故背景因素指标的采集和统计分析

Abstract

Abstract: This paper proposed the concept of accident background factors，established index system of background factors and collected data． Therefore，it constructed the complete database design scheme of the background factors，as well as established the statistical analysis system of background data fitting in with our country analysis model of road traffic accidents background． In order to grasp the overall road safety situation and development trend，the main background reason which caused accidents was found out; safety countermeasures were extracted，which provided the scientific basis for adoptting scientific and effective road traffic safety measures．

摘要： 提出了事故背景因素的概念，建立了背景因素量化指标体系及其采集数据项;并提出了构建背景因素数据库的设计思路，建立了符合我国道路交通事故分析模式的交通事故背景因素数据统计分析系统，以便把握道路交通安全的整体状况和发展趋势，找出造成事故的主要背景原因，提炼安全对策，为道路交通安全措施提供科学依据和指导。
