Abstract: The categories and sources of pollutants in the river which are oxygen-consuming organics, heavy metal and organic poison, were briefly described. The influence mechanism of sediment on these pollutants was summarized. Experiments both in laboratory and in field should be combined properly to know better the impacts of sediment on pollutants with consideration of multi-factor at the same time.

摘要： 通过对河流中的主要污染物及其来源进行简介，并总结了国内外在泥沙对好氧有机物、重金属和有毒有机物的影响研究，指出目前研究虽取得了不少的成果，要想更深入的了解和描述泥沙对污染物行为的影响机制，就应该将静态实验和动态的野外试验更好的结合起来，并同时考虑多种因素的共同作用。
