Abstract: Based on the index system of interchange alternative evaluation,in this paper,a weight systemof the evaluating indexes is established with the help of Fuzzy systematic evaluation and AHP,Accord-ing to the indexes character,the evaluating matrixes in different way is determined,Then interchangealternatives is evaluated using weighted average function.

摘要： 本文在建立立交方案比较指标体系的基础上，借助模糊综合评判的基本原理，采用层次分析法的基本理论，建立评判指标的权重体系，然后针对指标的属性采用不同的方法确定评判矩阵，最后利用加权平均型的评判函数确定待评方案的优劣。
