Abstract: The resonances in a superlattice system are discussed by the nonlinear theory,and the global bifur-cations are ivestigated using MeInidov method.It shows that resonance channeling and resonancedechanneling will exist in the system, when the path of a perticle through out a layer equals to nλ and(2n+1)λ/2。

摘要： 本文从非线性振动理论出发，讨论了超晶格中粒子的共振行为，并用Ｍｅｌｎｉｋｏｖ方法研究了系统的全局分叉，指出了当粒子在每一层中走过的路程ｌ＝ｎλ和λ（２ｎ＋１）／２时，系统分别出现共振沟道和共振退道现象。
