柴油溶气喷射雾化特性试验研究──气体性质对喷雾的影响

Abstract: This paper presents a study on the effect of 8as properties on the atomization using LDSA andspeed pliotographic equipment,inveetigations were made certain of the effect of the dissolved CO2 andAIR on the atomiZation drpolet size distribution,spray angle and nozzle discharge coefficient under thecondition of a steady spray of fuel containing dissolved 8as,The results show that gases of all propertieshave an effect on the atomization;Such effect depends on the dissolving capacity of the gases in ...

摘要: 本文运用激光粒度分析仪(LDSA)和瞬间高速摄影装置等,在稳定的溶气喷射条件下,对在柴油中溶解CO2、空气等不同性质气体的喷雾粒径分布、喷雾锥角、喷孔流量系数等进行了研究。其结果表明不同性质的气体对喷雾质量的影响主要表现为气体在柴油中溶解能力(即气体在柴油中的溶解量)对喷雾的影响。
