Abstract: Risks in any contracted engineeting projects are al ways a fact,they are a potential power whichresults in competitve qualities of a project construction and management.The fisk evaluation of a pro-ject is a reasonable choice of any project managers,and it makes-upof the project managenient theory。With the intreduction of vafious typo of project risks,the paper focuses on the applicatiori of the proba-bi lity theory to the management consideration and the assessement of the risksiil an engineer ing prejcetwith the help of somcp ractical examples,aiming at arousing the intercat of more and more managersin the field of risk management in engineering projects so as to improve their management level.

摘要： 工程项目风险是任何合同形式的工程项目的一种客观存在，是工程项目建设和管理产生竞争效应的潜在动力，工程项目的风险评价是工程项目管理者的一种理性选择和构成工程管理行为的理论。本文在介绍工程项目风险类型的同时，结合实例重点探讨了工程项目风险的概率思维方式和评价方法。其目的是希望更多的工程项目管理者共同研究和探讨工程项目的风险管理问题，以提高我国工程项目的管理水平。
