Abstract: In this paper, the hydraulic calculation for bifurcated river streteh includes the determination of the water surfaee Proflle and its eorresponding diversion discharge of each branch.The solution is based on the fol- lowing principle that the backwarer height for the left or right branch is equal to the other.Thus,to examine the rate of the diversion disoharge for branches and the point positions of the diversion after regulation is nec- essary. A computer programe has been made for this process.Many of the results one of them comes from Xian- glu hazard reach of the Yangtzc River have proved that the programe is correct.?

摘要： 本文在满足两汉落差相等的条件下，通过对两汊道的水面曲线计算，推求出整治后汊道的分流比和分流点位置．并将此过程编成计算程序，根据长江香炉滩整治设计资料，将计算结果与原型河道实测结果对比，验证符合要求．
