液压机械无级变速器传动特性分析

Abstract: The appropriate planetary gear differential train and hydrostatic units are chosen to constitute the hydro-mechanical continuously variable transmission to give the transmissive schemes of HMCVT,which suits the transmission of vehicle. The transmission characteristics of rotary speed ratio,power ratio and rotary torque ratio of HMCVT of the non-road separated torque ratio-fixed speed ratio with the range of ( 3 + 1) are analyzed. The results show that: the scheme can be better adapt to the hydraulic mechanical transmission requirements of off-road vehicle.

摘要: 通过研究单排行星机构和液压元件的不同组合,提出了适合非道路车辆传动系应用的液压机械无级变速传动方案,并分析了( 3 +1) 段位的分矩-汇速液压机械无级变速器的转速比、功率比和转矩比等传动特性。研究表明: 该方案能较好地适应非道路车辆液压机械传动的要求。
