端羟基聚乳酸低聚物的合成研究

Abstract: Hydroxyl-terminated?polylactic?acid?oligomers?were?prepared?by?pre-removal?of?water?and?poly-condensation?polymerization?of?lactic?acid?with?1,4-butanol?as?the?functional?comonomer.?The?effect?of?reaction?parameters?including?the?polymerization?press?and?the?amount?of?1,4-butanol?and?catalyst?on?the?molecular?weight?of?the?oligomers?was?investigated?in?detail.?The?results?show?that?the?molecular?weight?of?oligomers?is?lowered?gradually?with?the?increase?of?the?loading?of?1,4-butanol;and?the?molecular?weight?can?be?increased?by?reducing?the?polymerization?press;increasing?the?dosage?of?the?catalyst?SnCl2?·?2H2O?can?increase?the?molecular?weight?of?the?oligomers?to?a?less?extent,however,the?optimal?amount?of?tile?catalyst?should?be?controlled?at?0.?5%.

摘要: 以1,4丁二醇为功能单体,将乳酸预脱水、减压聚合成功制备了不同分子量的端羟基聚乳酸低聚物。考察 了聚合压力、1,4丁二醇与催化剂用量等不同条件对端羟基聚乳酸低聚物分子量的影响。研究表明随1,4丁二 醇用量的增大,所得低聚物分子量逐渐降低;降低聚合压力能提高低聚物分子量;加大催化剂SnCl2 ??2H2O的用量 能较小程度地增加低聚物分子量的分子量,但SnCl2??2H2O的用量以05%为宜。
