Extraction Effects of Different Solvents on Chlorophyll in Damask Rose Ⅲ Leaves

不同溶剂对大马士革Ⅲ玫瑰叶绿素的萃取效果

Abstract: The chlorophyll is extracted from leaves of Damask Ⅲ rose by spectrophotometer, in which 5 kinds of extracting solvents are applied to have a contrastive study on extraction effects of different extracting solvents on chlorophyll in Damask rose Ⅲ leaves, including acetone, ethanol, and the different volume ratio of acetone and ethanol mixture. The experimental results show that the best method for chlorophyll extraction in damask Ⅲ rose leaves is to use a solvent mixing acetone with ethanol (v/v, 1 : 1 ).

摘要: 采用分光光度法,对比研究了丙酮、乙醇以及不同体积比的丙酮与无水乙醇混合液5种提取液对大马士革?? 玫瑰叶绿素萃取效果的影响,以筛选最佳提取条件。结果表明,常温下,丙酮和无水乙醇的1:1混合液对大马士革 Ⅲ玫瑰叶绿素的提取效果较好。
