Abstract: The chance-constrained programming is used to do a stochastically optimal research on empty container reposition at sea. The objective function of this model is to minimize the costs of reposition and renting. The restricted conditions should meet the following factors including the requirement of empty containers, the ability of supply and storage of empty containers, time limit and load limit of empty containers. Probability distribution function is adopted to transform chance- constrained condition into contain constraint condition, thus the stochastic programming is transformed into certain programruing model. The computing result shows that the model can reduce the reposition costs effectively. The model gives an effective method about the reposition of empty containers for a shipping company.

摘要: 应用机会约束规划的方法研究了空箱需求是随机数下的海上空集装箱调运优化问题。论文模型以空箱调运 费用和租箱费用最省为目标函数,约束条件包括满足空箱需求、装船时间限制、空箱供给能力限制、空箱存储能力 限制以及运输能力限制和运输时间限制等。应用概率分布函数将随机约束转化为确定性约束,从而将随机规划转 化为确定性规划模型。运算结果表明本文模型可以有效降低空箱调运费用。
