Application of composite strengthening for stone arch bridges in special transportation

复合加固法提高石拱桥承载力 在大件运输中的应用

Abstract: The special loads during many special transportations such as in the construction ofthe power house overstep the scope of the carrying capacity of those former stone arch bridges that were designed for general loads.Taking Shahe Bridge as an example,the composite strengthening for stone arch bridges by pouring reinforced concrete that steel wire net and steel fiber included (3-steel concrete for short)and sticking steel plate is presented,and the trailer with 240t loads Wns successfully transited.

摘要: 在电厂建设等涉及大型特殊物件运输的项目中,按常规荷载等级设计的旧石拱桥,其承载力已难以满足特殊荷载通行的要求.以沙河桥为例,介绍了用钢丝网、钢纤维增强钢筋砼(简称三钢砼)与环氧砂浆粘贴钢板的复合加固措施,解决了大件运输中240t重件通过的技术问题.
