三峡水利工程对库区消落带土地资源的 影响及可持续利用探讨

Abstract: after the completion of the Three Gorges project,a 30-meter high permanent water-1evei—fluctuating zone(WLFZ)wil appear with the largest area of 1.1×104km2.Sustainable use of land resource of the WLFZ call both allay the conflict between human and land.but also improve ecological environment in the Three Gorges Reservoir(TGR).Based on researches accomplished,four models for land consolidation and sustainability of the TGR including engineering shield,the seasonal dUage,forestry and regeneration

摘要: 三峡工程建成后将在库区两岸形成垂直落差为30m的永久性消落带,其最大出露面积可达1.1×104km2.可持续利用消落区内土地资源对于缓解人地矛盾和改善库区生态环境都具有积极意义.总结出三峡库区消落带土地整理和可持续利用的四种模式:工程防护模式、季节性农耕模式、防护林模式和植被重建模式.
