Abstract: The station generally spacing 1. 0 - 1. 5km of urban track transportation,when using Open TBM to construct,under the models characteristics,construction methods and project planning,it is inevitable to meet the problems of passing through station frequently. Aimed at the first urban track transportation project using Open TBM to construct in domestic, this article have considered idiographic situation with station of TBM passing through,combined with the station constructed condition and the influence of TBM passing through,researched and made sure various passing through station styles of TBM,constituted TBM passing through station schemes and prepared plans reasonably,made sure total project time limit of section and station,solved the technology problems of Open TBM using in urban track transportation,provided technology supporting and reference for TBM using in urban track transportation cosmically and gradually in the future.

摘要: 城市轨道交通一般每隔1 ~ 1. 5 km 设一座车站,当采用敞开式TBM 施工时,根据其机型特点、施工方式及工 程筹划,不可避免要遇到较为频繁经过车站的问题。针对国内第1 条采用敞开式TBM 施工的城市轨道交通工程, 根据TBM 所经车站的具体情况,结合车站施工条件及TBM 过站影响,研究确定了TBM 的各种过站方式| 制定了合 理可行的TBM 过站方案和过站应急预案,保证了区间及车站的总工期要求,解决了敞开式TBM 应用于城市轨道交 通的技术难题。为TBM 日后逐渐大规模在城市轨道交通工程中应用提供了技术支持和参考。
