Abstract: In point of the current status of the slow growth of western traffic volume , avoiding make the feasilility resarch work a sham , the thesis creates the western coeffcient of correction to amend the predicting model in feasibility report . The coefficient not only can get to MOC demand of “Highway Engineering Technical Standard” in highway planning & construction , but also shows support and determination of the Western Development which the central government gtants

摘要： 针对西部公路交通量增长缓慢的现状，为避免可行性工作流于形式，就公路工程可行性研究报告中构造 “两部修正系数”对交通量预测模型提出修正的观点，使西部公路规划建设既满足交通部《公路工程技术标准》的 要求，又能体现政府对西部的扶持，表明对西部开发的决心
