塑料波纹管曲线预应力束摩阻损失系数的试验研究

Abstract: The friction loss of prestressing will greatly reduced and the more effective prestressing can be got when plastic pipe with lower friction loss than iron pipe is used in curve beams. The test of friction loss of prestessing was conducted in the Rongqiao bridge which was be built in July 2003 and friction factorμ and κ were got through analyses. The results can be reference for other project design before the design specification give the value of friction factor of plastic pipe

摘要: 塑料波纹管摩阻系数小,将其应用于空间曲线预应力连续梁中可以降低预应力钢束的管道摩阻损失,提 高有效预应力,节约高强钢筋 。 笔者结合融侨大道双层螺旋连续箱梁桥的预应力摩阻测试,采用数理统计回归方 法求得预应力摩阻损失系数p、 k,由于目前规范对塑料波纹管的摩阻系数无明确规定,文内的摩阻系数可供有 关方面参考
