摘要： 笔者将“复杂系统”的概念和思维方式引入到融资模式中，将其定义为由政府、企业、银行、证券市场等要素有 机结合而成的一个复杂系统，并在此基础上来构建我国融资模式的系统分析结构，包括融资模式的内在要素系统 和外在要素系统两个子系统，希望能以此对系统理论(尤其是复杂性问题的研究)在社会经济领域中的应用起到一 个抛砖引玉的作用。
