Abstract: Moisture damage occurs primarily because of loss of adhesion between asphalt and aggregate. By analyzing data of water stability experiment, the paper discusses how clay contaminated aggregate influences water stability of asphalt mixture .The results indicate that the surface cleanness of coarse aggregate has an influence on the adhesion of asphalt .The clay in the fine aggregate reduces the water stability of asphalt mixtures. 摘要: 沥青路面水损害的根本原因是沥青与集料粘附性不足,本文通过分析水稳定性试验试验数据,分别考察了碎 石、石屑和矿粉泥土污染对沥青混合料水稳定性影响。结果表明:碎石表面清洁度对其粘附性影响显著,石屑中泥 土大大降低了沥青混合料水稳定性,高塑性指数的集尘灰对沥青混合料水稳定性有明显影响,而使用低塑性指数 的集尘灰则有利于环境保护。
