Buffeting-Induced Fatigue Damage Analysis on the Stayed Cables of Long-Span Steel Truss Cable-Stayed Bridge

大跨度钢桁梁斜拉桥拉索抖振疲劳损伤分析

Abstract: Taking the Yujiang river steel truss cable-stayed bridge on Nan-Guang ( Nanning to Guangzhou) railway as an example, a method considering the nonlinearity of the stayed cable was proposed to predict the buffeting response of long-span bridge,which was developed on the basis of ANSYS. In this method,one-dimension stochastic wind fields were simulated by use of harmonic synthesis method. Based on the simulated wind fields,the buffeting time-histories response of typical stayed cable was obtained. And the fatigue damage of stayed cable was also obtained on the basis of S-N curve and Miner criterion. The results show that the buffeting-induced fatigue damage of the stayed cable is small,and comparing with the angle of wind deflection,the influence of wind speed on the stress and the fatigue damage of the stayed cable is bigger.

摘要: 以南广铁路郁江钢桁梁斜拉桥为例,基于有限元软件ANSYS,提出一种考虑拉索的几何非线性的抖振疲劳分 析方法。该方法首先采用谐波合成法模拟大桥的脉动风场;然后计算大桥典型拉索的抖振时程响应;再根据钢丝的 S-N曲线及Miner准则估算了斜拉索的疲劳损伤。研究表明:斜拉索的抖振疲劳损伤非常小,风速较风偏角对拉索 的应力及疲劳损伤影响大。
