大体积混凝土桥台水化热开裂分析与对策

Abstract: In view of the influences and diseases the mass concrete hydration heat had caused,the influence the hydration heat of mass concrete brings to the structure and the countermeasures for disease were studied. Taking the disease situation of a 2 × 30. 0 m prestressed concrete continuous box girder bridge abutment in the construction process as the research object, the influence and causes which the hydration heat brings to the structure were analyzed by adopting the combination of theory and finite element modeling method. Finally,the hydration heat disease treatment countermeasures were proposed, which had reference significance for mass concrete construction in the future.

摘要: 针对大体积混凝土水化热给结构带来的影响和导致的病害,研究了其对桥梁桥台的影响及对策。以一座2× 30.0m预应力混凝土连续箱梁桥施工过程中桥台病害情况为例,采用理论和有限元建模相结合的方法,分析水化 热给结构带来的响应及其成因,最后提出水化热病害的处治对策,对今后大体积混凝土施工提供参考。
