Abstract: A newly-built freeway needs the reconstruction of a distribution model for the network flow, This paper its to establish a distribution model of freeway flow in the new network by the analysis of the relationship between the generation effect of the newly-built freeway flow and that of the original network flow. Theoretical basis is provided for the planning, design and evaluation of the freeway system.
