Abstract: A great many variety of hollow sphere would be noted and more and more used in composite materials which contain the fiber-reiuforced plastic.lt accounts for that the hollow spheres,as a new component part,may improve the module and reduce the weight and cost of the articles.In this paperthe auther presents a model and formula of predicting the elastic constants,improving the use of a variety of these new componets.The auther predicts that it is interesting that a great many variety of hollow sphere not only for improvement of rigidity of the material but also reducing the weight and cost of the articles.However,these advantages would be considerable only when the volume fraction of fiber had not been contained more than that of matrix.
摘要: 包括纤维增强材料在内的各类复合材料制品中,种类繁多的空心微珠已经得到日益增长的重视和应用。出现这种情况的主要原因在于空心微珠这一新组分的加入往往增加材料的弹性模数,同时降低材料成本和减轻重量。本文提出空心微珠-纤维共增强复合材料弹性常数的计算模型和组分设计公式,为这类材料用于结构构件提供理论基础和设计方法。文章指出,对于同时提高刚度、降低成本和减轻重量而言,空心微珠填充纤维复合材料具有较强的吸引力;但是,只有在较低的纤维含量情况下,这三方面的效益才有明显的表现。
