Abstract: In this paper a theorem is first given which establishes the relationship of controllability between the discrete-time description and the corresponding continuous-time one for a linear time-invariant system. The explicit criteria are given for finite stabilization of the system both with and without disturbance. Computations required by the criteria given here are much simpler than those by the criteria given in ref[1].

摘要： 本文首先证明,线性定常系统离散时间状态空间描述状态完全能控的充分必要条件是其相应的连续时间状态空间描述状态完全能控,与采样用期的选择无关,仅当连续时间描述的系统矩阵有纯虚数特征值时与采样周期的选择有关。在此基础上,给出连续时间线性定常系统有干扰和无干扰时有限时间能镇定的显式判据。与文献[1]的结果相比,本文给出的结果要简单得多,便于应用。
