Abstract: A semi-theoretical and semi-experimental impedance function is presented on the basis of the characteristic of mixed traffic in our country.In this impedance function,the theoretical model of relationship between ruuning speed and vehichlar traffic load is established by means of the relationship of three parameters in traffic flow theory,and this model is modified according to the influences of discontinuation of traffic flow,interference of bicycles,interference of pedestrians and width of lanes.The influence of discontinuation of traffic flow is emphatically discussed,the five running models of discontinuous flow and the calculation methods of occurrence probability,average running speed are presented.

摘要: 本文根据我国的混合交通特点,提出了一种实用的半理论半经验路阻函数。该路阻函数是先以交通流理论中的三参数关系为依据建立行驶车速与机动车交通负荷之间的理论模型,然后对理论模型进行车流间断(交叉口间距)影响、自行车干扰影响、行人干扰影响及车道宽度影响四个方面的修正而得。文中着重对车流间断影响开展了讨论。提出了五种间断车流运行模式及其出现概率、平均车速的计算方法。
