Abstract: Based on the characteristics of the passengers' physiological reactions while driving into a plane curve,this paper proposes the use of William A.McConnell clothoid to be the transitional curve and the vertical curve of the freeway,and the use of the compound curve,which is formed by the linear,square and cubic equations,to be the super-high cross-section of the banked bend.

摘要： 本文根据汽车在弯道上运行时乘客的生理反应特征,提出以马克康奈尔回旋曲线作为高速道路的缓和曲线和竖曲线,以由一、二、三次方曲线构成的组合曲线作为弯道超高横断面。
