Abstract: It is a very important for a researcher how to determine vehicle-equivalence in calculating the capacity of a signalized junction by vehicle-equivalence method. The type of vehicles, the movements and the vehicle order affect vehicle-equivalence. In previous researches, the influence of the vehicle order have not been taken into account. In this paper, the author begin with headway by probability method, and deduce some formulae and conclusions in the end.

摘要： 用车辆换算法计算信号交叉口的通行能力,车辆换算系数的确定是一个非常重要的问题。车辆类型、流向及车流中车辆的排列次序,都影响着换算系数的大小,以往的研究都没有考虑这一因素的影响。本文从车头时距入手,用概率方法,得到车序对车辆换算系数的影响关系及一些结论与公式。
