Abstract: The finite element model of a truck crane rear frame was established using the MSC/patran and MSC/nastran. The maximum stress area and the strain distribution in the rear frame was obtained. The result of calculation accorded with that of the experiment, and it was applied to improving design. The final result proves the effectiveness and feasibility of feasibility of the methods.

摘要: 建立了汽车起重机尾架有限元模型,利用MSC/patran和MSC/nastran软件,对尾架结构进行了有限元分析,从而得到尾架上应力较大的区域和应力分布规律,同时对其进行了现场试验研究,将试验结果与理论分析进行了对比,二者相当吻合。并以此分析结果为依据,进行了结构改进,取得了较好的效果。
