Effect of Overloading and the Leveling Layer Thickness on Deck Pavement Stress of Continuous Rigid Frame Bridge

超载及调平层厚度对连续刚构桥 桥面铺装层受力的影晌

Abstract: Taking the local entity model of continuous rigid frame bridge cross beam segment as the analysis object , the bridge deck pavement intemal forces were calculated by three-dimensional fin?te element , and the deformation of box girder roof def1ection under different load levels was also analyzed. Meanwhile , the inf1uence of different cushion thickness on the stress of entire pavement was calculated when the local interface defects existed. The hazards of continuous rigid frame bridge deck pavement under the overloading phenomenon were analyzed. When the local interface defects existed between pavement and bridge deck , the impact of the thickness of the concrete pads on the overall stress of continuous rigid frame bridge pavement was also analyzed. Therefore , the causes of frequent damage of Qijiang bridge deck pavement were found out , which provided a reference for the design and construction of the deck pavement layer of continuous rigid fràme bridge.

摘要: 以连续刚构桥跨中梁段局部实体模型为分析对象,分析了不同荷载等级作用下箱梁顶板的挠度变形,对桥面 铺装层进行了三维有限元计算,并对有局部界面缺陷存在时不同的铺装垫层厚度对整个铺装层受力的影响进行了 计算;分析了超载现象对连续刚构桥桥面铺装层的危害,以及当铺装层与桥面板之间有局部界面缺陷时,作调平作 用的混凝土垫层厚度对连续刚构桥桥面铺装层整体受力的影响,找出秦江大桥铺装层屡次破坏的原因。研究可为 连续刚构桥桥面铺装层的设计和施工提供参考。
