Design Method and Molding Technology of Epoxy Asphalt Mixture Mixed with High Durability Pavement Admixture

HDP 环氧沥青混合料设计方法及成型工艺研究

Abstract: In order to improve the high temperature stability of asphalt mixture , the changes of various Marshall indexes of the asphalt mixtures after adding High Durability Pavement (HDP) were researched. The results show that Marshall stability can be observably increased more than 4 times after adding HDP by comparing and analyzing the variation of Marshall inde xes , but the asphalt-aggregate of mixes ratio remains constant. Therefore , asphalt-aggregate ratio of HDP asphalt mixture can be determined by the way of Marshall volume design method of common asphalt mixture. Through Marshall test , it was obtained that asphalt-aggregate ratio was 4. 8% and the most appropriate HDP substituting amount was 20%. In this condition , different mixing temperature , holding time and compaction temperature were taken into consideration to analyze the influence on the performance of HDP asphalt mixture. The maximum molding operation time and the lowest compaction temperature with different mixing temperatures were proposed. The experiment shows that HDP asphalt mixture has longer molding operation time and better high-temperature performance.

摘要: 为了提高沥青氓合料的高混稳定性,研究掺加高耐久性铺装环氧树脂(HDP)添加剂后沥青混合料各项马歇尔 指标变化,发现掺加HDP能提高沥青混合料马歇尔稳定度4倍以上,对混合料最佳油.p'比元影响,可按普通沥青混 合料马歇尔体职设计方法确定HDP沥青泪合料汕石比,并通过马歇尔试验确定HDP沥青棍合料油石比4.8%, HDP掺量20%0在最佳油石比及掺量下,考虑不同拌和温度、保温时间、击实温度对?昆合料性能的影响,提出各拌 和成型温度下最大成型操作时间及最低击实温度。试验证明:HDP沥青混合料具有较长成型操作时间及较优高温 性能。
