Abstract: On the basis of determining the life cycle system of the engineering retread tires, the cost analysis model, the profit analysis model, and the environmental cost-environmental profit analysis model based on the life cycle theory were constructed, and the economic evaluation indicators were put forward. The cost and profit of engineering tires was analyzed and evaluated, in the production stage, transportation stage, use stage and reuse stage (ordinary retread, graphene enhanced retread, mechanical crushing, cryogenic crushing, combustion decomposition and combustion power generation, etc.). The results show that the cost of the engineering tire is the highest in the production stage and the lowest in the transportation stage. The profit-cost ratio of reused engineering tires is the highest using graphene enhanced retread method, followed by ordinary retread method, and the lowest using combustion power generation method.

摘要： 在确定工程翻新轮胎生命周期系统基础上，构建了基于生命周期理论的工程翻新轮胎成本分析模型、利润分析模型、环境成本-环境利润分析模型，提出了经济评价指标；对生产阶段、运输阶段、使用阶段及再利用阶段(普通翻新、石墨烯增强翻新、机械粉碎、低温粉碎、燃烧分解、燃烧发电等)工程轮胎的成本-利润进行了分析与评价。结果表明：工程轮胎生产阶段的成本最高，运输阶段的成本最低；再利用工程轮胎的利润成本比以采用石墨烯增强体增强翻新方式的为最高，采用普通翻新方式的次之，采用燃烧发电方式的最低。
