桥梁装配式技术发展与工业化制造探讨

Abstract: Aiming at the construction of standard span bridges with large quantity and wide range, the development of the construction technology of common concrete bridges was briefly introduced. Based on decades of knowledge of bridge structure theory and application research, the advantages and problems of prefabricated bridge construction technology which had been used for decades and short-term prefabricated concrete bridge construction technology which was in the development period were discussed. The development trend of prefabricated bridge with comprehensive advantages was explored. Meanwhile, the common structural system of standard span steel-concrete composite bridge and the development of prefabricated construction technology were briefly introduced, and the prefabricated structure and construction technology of steel-concrete composite beam bridge without cast-in-situ slab joint concrete were explored. According to the unique geographical conditions and strategic positioning of Hainan province, the concept of fully assembled steel-concrete composite beam bridge with NHNR shear connection was proposed, and the industrialized manufacturing scheme of manufacturing bridge components in the factory, the conventional transportation to the bridge site and the mechanized assembly to form a steel-concrete composite beam bridge was discussed.

摘要: 针对量大面广的标准跨径桥梁建设,简要介绍了常用混凝土桥梁建造技术的发展;基于数十年桥梁结构理论和应用研究的认知,讨论了沿用数十年的预制梁装配式建造和正处于发展期的短线法装配式混凝土桥梁建造技术的优势和问题,探讨了兼具综合优势的装配式桥梁发展趋势;并简要介绍了标准跨径钢混组合桥梁的常用结构体系和装配式建造技术的发展,探索了无需现浇桥道板接缝混凝土的钢混组合梁桥的装配式构造与施工技术;针对海南省特殊的地理条件和战略定位,提出NHNR剪力连接的全装配式钢混组合梁桥构想,探讨了工厂制造桥梁构件-常规运输至桥位现场-机械化装配形成钢混组合梁桥的工业化制造方案。
