Ship Allocation for LNG Maritime Transport under Combined Transport Mode of Portfolio

资源池组合运输模式下的LNG海上运输航线配船研究

Abstract: Aiming at the problem of resource allocation of LNG maritime transport under the free on board (FOB) delivery mode and on the basis of the concept of the combined transport mode of portfolio, the models of ship allocation for LNG maritime transport under traditional trade mode and combined transport mode of portfolio with time charter were established from the perspective of the buyer, to minimize the annual transportation cost. Taking the LNG purchase and sale agreement of a LNG import company in China as an example, the rationality of the two proposed models was verified, and the optimal ship allocation and transportation plan of imported LNG route was obtained. The research results show that the combined transport mode of portfolio can reduce the transportation cost for companies more effectively than the traditional trade mode can.

摘要: 针对在离岸价(free on board, FOB)交付模式下进口LNG的船舶资源配置问题,基于LNG贸易中资源池的概念,从买方角度出发,以年运输成本最小为目标,分别建立了采用期租方式租船运输的传统贸易模式和资源池组合运输模式下的LNG海上运输航线配船模型;以我国某LNG进口企业签订的LNG购销协议为例,验证了这两种模型的合理性,并得到了最优的进口LNG航线配船运输计划。研究结果表明:资源池组合运输模式相对于传统贸易模式能更有效地降低公司运输成本。
