Analysis of Influencing Factors on Fatigue Life of Cement Stability Base by Ansys

基于Ansys 的水稳基层疲劳影响因素分析

Abstract: Based on Ansys software,the tensile stress of the cement-stabilized base with different structure and material parameters was analyzed with soild45 unit; with the semi-rigid fatigue equation in AASHTO2002 and the tensile stress on base bottom,the corresponding fatigue life and the influence of each factor on fatigue life of the cement-stabilized base were analyzed. The results indicated that: the tensile stress on base bottom increased while the fatigue life decreased with the tire contact pressure increased; the tensile stress on base bottom increased with grass-roots modulus increased and it decreased with the sub-base and surface layer modulus increased; the tensile stress on base bottom decreased with each layer thickness increased,and the decrease rate of the tensile stress on base bottom was the fastest with the change of sub-base thickness.

摘要: 通过Ansys软件,采用soild45单元,分析各层在完全连续状态时,水泥稳定基层在不同路面结构和材料参数 下的底面拉应力。采用AASHTO2002中半刚性基层疲劳方程计算各个因素水平下水泥稳定基层的疲劳寿命,分 析了各因素对基层疲劳性能的影响。结果表明:基层底面拉应力随轮胎接地压力的增加而增加,疲劳寿命则随之 减小;基层底面拉应力随基层模量增加而增加,随面层和底基层模量的增加而减小;基层底面拉应力随各结构层厚 度增加均减小,随基层厚度变化而减小的速度最大。
