Analysis of Commercial Vehicle Braking Vibration

商用车驾驶室制动振动分析

Abstract: Possible causes for braking vibration were identified through analysis; then road driving test was carried out and vibration acceleration signals of the commercial vehicle were measured; after analyzing the test data,the main reason for brake vibration of the commercial vehicle was identified. After adjusting the braking force of two wheels of vehicle front axle and replacing brake shoes,braking vibration in the cab could be significantly inhibited,which achieved the level of satisfaction.

摘要: 首先通过分析找出引起某商用车驾驶室制动振动的可能原因;然后进行道路行驶试验测试,测量了该商用车 辆驾驶室内的振动加速度信号;通过对试验测试数据的时域和频域分析,找出了导致该商用车驾驶室制动振动的 根本原因,调整后的驾驶室制动振动现象明显得到抑制,达到了该商用车的满意水平。
