陡坡路段沥青路面车辙特性分析

摘要: 为分析纵坡段沥青路面车辙,进行了室内蠕变试验,按??四单元五参数模型确定了相关参数。进行了现场温 度场检测,用有限元工具模拟了沥青路面温度场,按方形均布的垂直和水平荷载,分析计算了典型结构、荷载与行 车速度情况下的路面单日车辙量。比较不同速度、超载水平、纵坡坡度的计算结果发现,影响纵坡段车辙的最主要 因素是车速降低导致的荷载作用时间增加,其次是超载因素,最后是水平荷载分量的影响。提出了提高纵坡段沥 青路面材料的抗车辙能力,及采取合理的坡度与坡长组合的措施,保证纵坡段载重车辆的总体运行速度。

Abstract: The?indoor?creeping?experiment?is?carried?out?to?analyze?the?rutting?disease?at?longitudinal?slope,?and?then?the?parameters?are?determined?by?"four-unit?and?five-parameter?model".?On?the?base?of?in-situ?test?result?of?temperature,?the?asphah?pavement?temperature?field?is?simulated?by?finite?element?method,?according?to?vertical?and?horizontal?stress?in?rectangle?load?area;then?the?rutting?amount?per?day?is?computed?under?conditions?of?typical?structure,?load?and?vehicle?speed.?Through?the?comparison?of?computing?results?under?changing?speed,?overload?level?and?longitudinal?slope?gradient,?the?increase?of?loading?time?caused?by?reduce?of?vehicle?speed?has?the?most?important?influence,?the?overload?does?the?second,?and?the?horizontal?load?has?little?influence.?In?the?actual?engineering,?on?the?one?hand,?improving?the?performance?of?anti-rutting?material?is?necessary;on?the?other?hand,?suitable?combination?of?grades?and?distances?is?important?to?guarantee?the?overall?vehicle?speed.
