轿车车身外流场的CFD 仿真与实验验证

CFD Simulation and Experiment Verification of Exterior Flow Field of a Car Body

摘要: 基于CFD数值仿真,选用Realizableκ-ε湍流模型和非对称壁面函数,建立一款轿车的外流场模型,对该款 车的外部流场情况进行分析,并和风洞试验结果做了对比。结果表明:CFD仿真计算得出的风阻系数与实验测定 值误差在5%左右,可满足工程需要。测试点与实验值有一定误差,但趋势基本吻合。

Abstract: Based on CFD numerical simulation and adopting Realizable κ-ε model and non—equilibrium wall function, the model for the body surface and its exterior flow field of an automobile was established; exterior flow field of an automobile was analyzed after comparison to that from wind—tunnel test.The results demonstrated that the difference between simulation and test results for drag coefficient was only 5.4%,therefore it could satisfy the engineering demand.There was discrepancy between measure unit and experiment,but the trend was identical.
