新型公路可导向防撞垫开发研究

摘要: 针对目前市场上公路防撞垫价格较高的现状,依据薄壁管梁的吸能原理,设计了一种缓冲吸能梁,通过计算 机仿真分析研究,确定了单个吸能梁的吸能能力。吸能梁与支撑架组装成防撞垫,该防撞垫具有可导向功能,并且 可根据需要调整吸能梁的组数以满足不同的车辆碰撞速度要求,最大程度的保障车内乘员安全,该防撞点与国内 外其他同类产品相比,其性价比优势明显。

Abstract: Due to the high price of road crash cushion,a buffer with thin-walled tube beam energy absorption principle absorbing beam was designed through computer simulation studies to determine the energy absorption of a single beam energy absorption capacity; energy absorption and the skeleton of beams can be assembled into a highway fender-oriented; the fender could be driven with a function and adjusted as the number of energy-absorbing beam group to meet requirements of different vehicle collision speed and the maximum degree of protection for the passengers to safety. Compared with other similar products at home and abroad,it had obvious cost advantages.
