城市高架轨道箱梁振动特性数值分析

Numerical Analysis on Vibration Characteristics of Elevated Box Girders in Urban Mass Transit

摘要: 为研究列车通过时高架轨道箱梁结构的振动响应,采用有限元方法分别建立了高架简支箱梁的三维振动分析模型,计算当列车分别以60,80,100,120 km/h的速度通过时城市高架轨道箱梁结构的动力响应。模态分析结果表明:固有频率高于10 Hz的箱梁振动模态开始呈现截面变形,随着频率增加,箱梁结构振动形式逐渐表现为各构成板件的弯曲振动;时域分析结果表明:当列车经过时,箱梁结构振动加速度幅值分布呈现翼缘最大、腹板次之、桥面板和梁底最小的规律,钢轨、轨道板、桥面板、翼缘、腹板和梁底板的振动水平分别为140~160,110~120,110~120,115~130,110~125,105~115 dB,振动水平随车速的提高而增大。

Abstract: In order to study the vibration response of the elevated box girders in urban mass transit subjected to the train, 3D vibration model of simply supported girder was established by FEM. Thus the dynamic response of the box girder can be obtained, with the train running at a velocity of 60, 80, 100 and 120 km/h. The modal analysis results show that mode shapes of which natural frequencies is higher than 10 Hz present a deformation in section, and the vibration pattern of box girder appears as the bending vibration of composed plate element gradually. The time domain analysis result shows that when the train passes, the distribution of vibration appears as a phenomenon that the acceleration amplitude of flange is the largest, the one of web is the second, and the one of deck and bottom plate is the smallest in all. The vibration levels of rail, slab, deck, flange, web and bottom plate range of 140~160, 110~120, 110~120, 115~130, 110~125 and 105~115 dB respectively, and increase with the improvement of train speed.
