摘要: 阐述了碰撞地点的确定对人车碰撞交通事故再现和事故责任划分的重要性。比较分析了传统的公式推理法和利用PC-Crash软件计算这两种方法的差异,提出利用软件进行事故再现应结合传统方法进行辅助验证。在此基础上,用一例行人参与的人车碰撞交通事故进行了两种分析方法的讨论。结果表明:两种方法对事故碰撞地点及车速确定具有一致性,通过结合传统的方法,利用计算机仿真能达到对行人碰撞地点的确定,且更具有事故再现的直观可视性,可用于交通事故再现及司法鉴定的需要。

Abstract: In the accident reconstruction and division of accident responsibilities of pedestrian-vehicle collision, the importance of identifying the collision location was described. The difference between the use of conventional method and PC-Crash analysis software was compared and analyzed, and it was proposed that using software for accident reconstruction should be combined with the traditional method to carry out the auxiliary verification. Based on this, two analysis methods were discussed by the case study of a pedestrian-vehicle collision. The results show that the above two methods have consistency in determining the speed and locations of collision. Through the combination of traditional method, the use of computer simulation can achieve the determination of pedestrian-vehicle collision location, which has a more intuitive visibility of accident reconstruction, and therefore it can be used for accident reconstruction and forensic needs of traffic accidents.
