焊接热输入对残余应力影响的盲孔法测试与数值分析

Blind Hole Method Test and Numerical Analysis of Influence of Welding Heat Input on Residual Stress

摘要: 为了分析T型构件多道焊焊接残余应力与焊接热输入间的关系,运用有限元分析软件ANSYS对该焊接工艺进行数值模拟;运用盲孔法检测焊接残余应力,并与数值模拟结果进行对比;基 于原有的焊接工艺,对3组焊接热输入值下T型构件多道焊进行数值模拟,分析了焊接热输入值对焊接残余应力的影响规律。研究结果表明:数值模拟结果与实测结果相近;焊接热输入增大, 纵向焊接残余应力会增大,横向残余应力会减小。

Abstract: In order to analyze the relationship between welding residual stress and heat input of multi-pass welding of T-shaped structure, the finite element analysis software ANSYS was used to numerically simulate its welding process. First of all, blind hole method was used to detect welding residual stress, and the numerical simulation results were compared. Then, based on original welding process, numerical simulation of multi-pass welding of T-shaped structure was carried out for 3 groups of welding heat input values. Finally, the influence discipline of welding heat input valued on welding residual stress was analyzed. The research results show that numerical simulation results are close to the measured results; the welding heat input increases and the longitudinal welding residual stress will increase, however, the horizontal welding residual stress will decrease.
