Temperature Effect Separation Method of Deflection Monitoring of Prestressed Concrete Girder Bridge

摘要: 在大跨径梁桥中,由温度引起的挠度值在结构实测总挠度值中占比较大,对实桥安全评估造成了影响。针对该现象,基于线性回归思想,提出了梁桥挠度监测中分离温度效应的一种实用方法。并以江津长江大桥为工程背景,温度监测值为自变量,挠度监测值作为响应变量,建立线性回归模型,拟合回归直线方程,以达到温度效应分离之目的。结果表明:跨中挠度变化与温度变化呈正相关性;箱梁内部温度变化与跨中挠度变化存在显著的线性关系;从实测值中扣除由拟合直线方程计算的温度效应拟合值,即可将温度效应分离;利用残差,设置相应的阈值,可对桥梁日常运营进行有效的监测。

Abstract: In large span girder bridge, the deflection value caused by temperature accounts for a large proportion in the measured total deflection value of the structure, which has an impact on the safety evaluation of the real bridge. Aiming at this phenomenon, a practical separation method of temperature effect in bridge deflection monitoring was proposed by using the idea of linear regression. Taking Jiangjin Yangtze River Bridge as the engineering background, a linear regression model was established to fit the regression linear equation to achieve the purpose of separating temperature effect, with the temperature monitoring value as independent variable and deflection monitoring value as response variable. The results show that the relationship between the mid-span deflection change and the temperature change is positive. There is a significant linear relationship between the temperature change inside the box girder and the mid-span deflection change. The temperature effect can be separated by deducting the temperature effect fitting value calculated by the fitting linear equation from the measured value.The daily operation of the bridge can be effectively monitored by using the residual value and setting the corresponding threshold.
